The first thing you should do is wash the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then on a cutting board, chop the tomato into small squares. Here is the uniqueness of the pico de gallo, all its ingredients are finely cut and diced.

Place the already cut tomatoes in a bowl and reserve. Cut the onion in half, slice it into strips and make a horizontal cut and cut again, this way you will be in small squares that will be more pleasant to taste. Add it to the tomato you had reserved.
